Compassionate access

While the Australian Government’s Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme is designed to subsidise many costly medicines, it doesn’t currently cover most medicinal cannabis treatments.

Through our Compassionate Access Support Program (CASP) we subsidise plant-based treatments for vulnerable patients including:

  • Disadvantaged and low income
  • People with chronic illness
  • People with disabilities
  • Military vets, first responders, emergency workers and their families
  • People with exceptional circumstances 

The Cannatrek Foundation’s program is available to all Australian concession card holders.

By giving eligible patients access to subsidised or free medicinal cannabis treatments, we help build healthier, happier, greener communities, free from the burden of mental and physical illnesses.
