The Cannatrek Foundation is a Melbourne based non-profit organisation committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people including first responders, veterans, the young and elderly across Australia.
Our vision is to create a world where disadvantaged people have an equal opportunity to live a quality of life after pain and trauma. To reassimilate into society and be given the chance to reach their full potential, improving their relationships with loved ones, in the workplace and living life day to day.
Our purpose is to support vulnerable Aussies in our communities we all call home.
